Located in the Theatre on the 2nd floor. Elevators and bathrooms available.
A new community class for women (ages 16 & up) wanting to improve their strength, endurance, and overall health with exercises targeting the pelvic floor and core.
Brought to you by your local pelvic floor physical therapist - Dr Cadie.
For beginning level and up. The instructor will not be available for balance or mobility needs.
May help to improve bladder control, bowel control, constipation, prolapse support, pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
$20 per session. Come as many times as you’d like.
Payment must be made by the beginning of class in the form of cash, check, or Venmo.

Learn tools and exercises to help support a healthy postpartum recovery.
